Color Landform Atlas of the United States - The name is misleading. Lots of links to on-line maps, including an 1895 atlas image for each state. Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library at the University of Georgia maintains a collection of more than 800 historic maps spanning nearly 500 years, from the sixteenth century through the early twentieth century. FEEFHS East European Map Room - maps of central and eastern Europe, including all of the German Empire and the Russian Empire.
