New web log template

I'm not interested in learning how to design blog templates, but the one that we were using was just not satisfactory. Whenever the cursor was placed over a link, the link would disappear. Other than that, I liked the template for the most part.

After spending (a very little) time trying to figure out template to change the color of the 'mouse-over,' I started browsing blog "skins." After finding one that I liked, I adapted it to our use.

And there you have it.
